It is very easy to go from day to day, youth group meeting to youth group meeting without thinking any more than ‘what do we need to do next time?’ However, if we afford ourselves the privilege of taking time away from the busyness of the routine, to stop, to seek God and to pray for the work we are involved in, we can start to see his vision for the young people we work with. Vision gives us purpose. It gives us enthusiasm and it gives us hope.
Once we have a vision, we can start to work out what are the stepping stones we need to take, or the strategy, in order for us to see that vision become a reality.
