This week’s blog post is a bit different as it is a link to a post I have written on another organisation’s website. CPAS is an Anglican mission agency, serving the UK. I was asked by them to write an article on the experiences of young people growing in leadership and to offer some suggestions as to how church leaders can be proactive in investing in young people as leaders.

Investing in young people in leadership is essential if we are to see the Church grow to all that God wants it to be. God is always in the business of developing and growing people, and this includes young people. It is not difficult to do but it does require us to be intentional about it.
